Crossing the Straits is an annual juried art exhibit open to all artists living or working in Michigan. On even years, Crossing the Straits works in partnership with ArtPrize to showcase artwork from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula on its way to Grand Rapids for the world’s largest public art competition. On odd years, Crossing the Straits is open to all artists living or working in both the Upper and Lower peninsulas of Michigan.
