Dr. James Bunte  Saxophone

Dr. James Bunte is Professor of saxophone and Division Head of Performance Studies at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). A native of Colorado, he earned degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder (BM, BME), and CCM (MM, DMA). As a concert saxophonist, Dr. Bunte is an active recitalist, giving recitals and master classes throughout the world. He is also an experienced jazz musician, having played with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, Ray Charles, Manhattan Transfer, among others. James Bunte is a Yamaha and D’Addario Endorsing Artist.

Yaoyue Huang  Piano

Yaoyue Huang is a pianist whose initiative celebrates new music, lesser performed modern works, explores experimental projects that challenge convention and aims to break away from common performance practice. She was awarded the Prix Alberto Ginastera and Prix André Jolivet from the International Piano Competition of Orléans in France, where she commissioned works for the André Chevillion—Yvone Bonnaud composition prize.
