Diana Higbee was named Ambassador for Le Mans for her contribution to culture in 2016. She founded MUSICA LE MANS, which aims to bring opera to a greater audience. In June 2018, Diana Higbee was the first opera singer to be invited to sing the French National Anthem for the opening of the 24 hours of Le Mans and broadcast worldwide to an audience of 14.5 million people. A Mozart specialist, Diana Higbee's roles include Pamina (The Magic Flute), Fiodiligi (Cosi fan Tutte), Contessa (The Marriage of Figaro), Fiordiligi (Cosi fan Tutte), Arminda (La Finta Giardiniera). Diana Higbee is a GOLD Award Recipient from Hillsdale College for the evolution and success in her career. She holds a Master’s Degree from the Manhattan School of Music.
