SHORT BIO
Photographer Sara Wright began her artistic career as a photographer at Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island in 2006 while earning her BFA from Central Michigan University. Sara finds joy in capturing beautiful Mackinac Island from a romantic and vibrant perspective. Living and working on Mackinac Island year round provides endless inspiration for photographing the ever changing landscape of the seasons. After working as a photographer for Grand Hotel for 15 years, Sara is now an independent freelance photographer and owner of It's Wonderful Photography on Mackinac Island - specializing in wedding, commercial and landscape photography.
