About
Poetic Visions of Mackinac is an annual juried art exhibit on Mackinac Island open to all artists. Originally conceived as a project to enrich and engage students at Mackinac Island Public School, in 2022 we are opening up the exhibit to entrants of all ages. Poetic Visions of Mackinac 2022 will take place on Mackinac Island at the Mackinac Arts Council Center for the Arts, opening in early June 2022, and remaining on display for the summer season (through October). Reception and awards ceremony will take place July 10 at 2:00pm.
Join us for a reception and award ceremony at the Center for the Arts at Mission Point Resort. Meet many of the artists and authors, judges, and organizers. This event is free and open to the public. Poetic Visions of Mackinac is an exhibit featuring poetry and photography of over 60 artists and authors including students of Mackinac Island Public School.
